“When I first hired Faett I was a nervous wreck. After meeting with him a few times my nervousness started to subside. As the case proceeded the sate was unwilling to drop or even reduce my charge. Faett told me that our only choice was to make a deal to a felony or go to trial. I was terrified to go to trial .
